You ask – we answer. TheCanKey frequently asked questions, part 2

    How to order personalized TheCanKey openers and FunnelCaps?
    Putting your company logo on TheCanKey products is a good way to communicate your approach to FOD prevention. You signal your mindset and discipline to your customers and employees. The logo can be put on TheCanKey openers: TheCanKey opener and DustCaps: DustCaps

    The process is easy:

    1. Select the number of products and colors you need and place order on the product page: thecankey shop or by sending email to tj@thecankey.com
    2. Upload your business logo in open PDF or similar vectorized graphics file or send to tj@thecankey.com. Please specify the logo color by stating Pantone color reference
    3. E-proof will be provided to you for approval, before printing starts. Please check the following: logo version, orientation and placement, size, color. Once e-proof is approved changes will not be possible
    4. Print starts and ready products are soon on the way to you. The printing is done manually to secure the highest level of precision and quality. Each item is checked before it is carefully packed

    What logo formats are accepted?
    Open pdf or similar vectorized graphics files. We can work with most of the files and if any questions or needs occur we will be in contact.

    How many colors can be printed?
    Today we can print up to 3-colors combination logo. If you want to discuss specific needs for your print, please contact us on tj@thecankey.com

    What is the standard delivery time?
    Non-printed products can normally ship the next day after the order is placed.
    Printed products have normally 2-3 weeks delivery time from order.
    Initial E-proof will be made within 1-2 days, following adjustments.

    Where and how do you ship?
    We have worldwide delivery, with DHL and FedEx services. We can book shipments also with your company customer number. You will receive confirmation and tracking number from us when products are on the way.

    Is there a minimal order size?
    The minimum order for non-printed products is 80 USD.
    The minimum order for logo printed TheCanKey oil can opener is 100 each, and 150 each for printed DustCaps.

    Who covers the shipment costs?
    The buyer covers the shipment costs. We apply the flat rate shipment cost to the order, which you see in the order process.

    Are duties & taxes included?
    The pricing does not reflect potential local import duties and taxes. The buyer covers duties and taxes costs.

    What are the accepted payment methods?
    Before we produce and ship the order, the invoice will be sent to you for payment unless you order online, in which case you go to the payment method automatically. Before the shipment we need to have received the payment from yourself, unless you have agreed credit terms with us. Payment is quick and simple as we accept variety of payment methods – all major credit cards, bank transfers.

    Can I buy TheCanKey products from other partners?
